By downloading, installing, or using WhatIfCam ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WhatIfCam is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos into creative variations. The App allows users to:

• Upload photos for AI-powered transformation
• Choose from various transformation scenarios
• Save and share transformed images
• Play party games with friends using photo transformations

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you have the right to use
• Obtain consent from individuals appearing in photos you upload
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Not use the App to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive

4. Credits System

WhatIfCam uses a credits ("shots") system:

• New users receive free credits upon registration
• Each photo transformation consumes one credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the transformation service.

Transformed Images

You own the transformed images created from your photos. You may use, share, and distribute these images as you wish, subject to these Terms.

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use WhatIfCam to:

• Create non-consensual intimate imagery
• Harass, bully, or defame any person
• Create content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Generate content for fraud, scams, or deception
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions without notice or refund.

7. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Processing

You acknowledge and consent to the following:

Third-Party AI Processing

• Your photos are processed by fal.ai, a third-party AI service provider
• By using WhatIfCam, you consent to your photos being sent to fal.ai for processing
• fal.ai's privacy policy and terms apply to data processed by their service
• fal.ai automatically deletes processed images within 7 days

AI Generation Limitations

• Transformations are generated by artificial intelligence
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• We are not responsible for how you use or share transformed images

8. Privacy

Your use of WhatIfCam is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
